eicosapentaenoic & docosapentaenoic

being a Malaysian is like being a mother of a criminal. No matter how much crimes the son had done, the mum is still believing one day he will turn a new leaf. He will change..he will change, that's what we always tell ourself, BUT HOW COULD YOU GUYS DEFEATED BY DENMARK~~~one again we were being told that we had the best team in the world, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to recollect the precious Thomas Cup. and WHAT KIND OF LIE IS THAT HUH~~read a few comments on newspaper, and many of the critics come down to a single conclusion, and that's what is in my mind too - once again, malaysia lose in psychoogical factor due to the underestimation of the opponent and unwillingness to see the reality. Even a random badminton fan knew that who Denmark is going to send out to play again us, n y r we not well prepared? n why we keep on self convincing that losing Wong Choon Han will not make a big impact on our team?y is the coach start analysing China when we are still in the semi-final againts Denmark?
Bad habits.....sigh, there's this famous banned book (used to) call 'the ugliness of the China people' and it woke up millions of chinese in the world. Someone please, wrote a book call 'the ugliness of Malaysian' n wake all of us up~~(but make sure u r not stupid enough to publish it in Malaysia, :)~ )

ok..time to back to my EPA n DHA....

freedom

people been talking about freedom for the past few months.
'come on~ you r getting married soon, have fun before you lost your freedom!'
' what? your gf stopped you from going out? where's your freedom right?'
' you better travel as many place as you could before you give up your freedom to your boss'

its funny that how much i wish that i am 21 year old when i was young so that i could have as much freedom as i could, but as i am 22 year old now, things just not as what i was hoping for. its true that you would have no one to nag you for going out late, n you can just go anywhere you wish to. erm...technically what i said is true, but there's another thing pop out of no where n stop you from doing whatever your heart told you to do so. Responsibility. its my responsibility as a student to excel in study, so i cant go out. its my responsibility to let my gf feel secure, so i cant just go where ever i want. its my responsibility to take good care of my health, so i cant just get high n drunk n sleep on the road until 6 o'clock in the morning. its my responsibility to take care of my aging parent, so i must try n save up money n hopefully in the future i can allow them living in luxury

life can be simple, with condition if you are single and no family responsibility. but i am not complaining. because that's my responsibility. freedom is too abstract for me now. i leave it to all of you who have not discovered the burden.

strapylococcus pyogenes

i do believe inside each human, there's a small part of us are masochist. not in a sexual way, but enjoy being tortured by events or people around us. take an example, exam is 2 weeks ago, but we would rather lying on the bed and counting star and only work our ass off at the eve of the exam. same things for assignment, n now i find myself enjoy doing random stuff like surfing net or bloggin when i am really busy.

i think later i would try a make a new page for my travel diary, n place a link in this page, then it would help me to kill off approximately 5 hours, woohoo, less time to do work~yeah, i am a masochist.....

dilemma

till now i'm still questioning the existance of a (my) blog. blogging can be quite a good way to express your anger, happiness or frustration. but it may means that you are sharing your privacy. people always find it very offending when a family member read their dairy, n yet writing blog is like unlock the locket n potentially allowing everyone in the world read about it.

sometime i jsut have so much urge to share the issue to people, but if i do, i'm pretty sure somehow it would reach the ear of whoever that not suppose to know. but if i cant even write whatever in my mind, which is the basic of a blog, then why am i having one at the first place?

arhh...F#$% it ....swearing sometime is the best way to express your feeling. i dont have to tell people what's going on n yet ppl know well that you are pissed. it can be annoying when u try to let ppl know u r not happy n yet they couldnt get the hint, but by swearing, they got it straightaway. isnt that wonderful?

its been a while~~

ha ha....finally i got my laptop back~ to share my happiness, i decided to clear all the spider web on this page n post up a new thing~ woohoo~~~applause! applause!! thank you thank you
ok,enough of the lameness,...i had the busiest weeks for the past 14 days, but for the first time, i felt so holiday during the semester break. it doenst make sense i know, on holiday of course feel like holiday. but for most of the year, my school days were just like holiday, so i dont see the significant of it, n definitely would not get excited because of that. but now..phew~ i just felt so relieve n relax ( not my jaw though, jsut had surgicval removed my wisdom tooth, my jaw felt like being screwed to watever bone n unable to move much)

yesterday had a drinking session at my fren's flat to celebrate the beginning of holiday.n most of them are good boy n good girl i.e, had not take nalcohol in their life before! so not surprisingly, in 30 minutes, practically everyone is drunk~i was not drunk because i do consider myself a good drinker, n i was on antibiotic, i didnt take a single sip of alcohol at all (damn it!) so ya, its so fun to see them get drunk. the first guy was jsut standing, suddenly he announced he is sleey, then he jsut fall flat to the floor! then another girl just collapse while playing mah jong half way! then these 2 girls totally change to another person. one became so aggresive n keep on pouring water on ppl's shirt, another girl just became the cutest kid u can ever find in this world...

sigh..alcohol......

my travel diary

finally.....the long awaited travel diary (well, at least for myself)....will be published soon..but i want to figure out a way of shorting them all together instead of becoming just part of my daily/weekly blog....maybe a new blog with a link to it...hm....hopefully i can find a way to sort it out asap,or else it would be another weeks of waiting,hahaahaa.....

wondering

was reading a 12 column comic that was drawn by one of my sister's best friend, its about how teens felt about love. the comic begun with a teenage boy sick of watching TV alone, watched movie alone, walked around the shopping complex n park alone, played with only dogs, and the handphone is always lying on the table with no phone call.
then out of desperation, he got a girlfriend. he was excited that he longer has to do things alone.soon, his phone is always 'hot', but the phonebill hot like a fire burn all his money away. he is restricted to watch certain movie n TV, the romantic walk in park become the annoying walk, even the dog slimmed down because no body take much care of him. then they breakup out of 'mutual understanding', a better way of saying the other half is 'unbearable'.
the fantasy of having a girlfriend is broken into pieces, he is back to himself, but he is still looking at girls all the time n hoping for a girlfriend

sound so all familiar isnt it? sigh.....

should

i really should stop lazying around
i really should stop playing games
i really should start sleeping early
i really should start watching the DVD that i have accumulated so far
i really should start eating healthy food again
i really should start typing out my travel diary
i really should start exercise
i really should start reading my books
i really should stop hoping for money drop from the sky
i really should stop spending more money
i really should stop 'measuring the land'
i really should stop writing

finally....

finally...i am able to online again~~~i'm imagining a picture of dophine breaking through the serene sea surface and showing his acrobatic skill proudly to the audience, and i am that dophine,haha...still can't believe that internet has such a short history and yet it brings enormous impact to all of us...
currenlty i am holding a thick booklet with a blue-ish plastic cover, that's my travel diary. i am suppose to post it up once i reached home as a record of my first eer bagpacking, but after such a long delay,i am rather lazy to do so,haha...maybe i will do it few days later when i have all the picture and file in the desktops. i will....but not sure when,hhaa.....

home sweat home

finally back to the beloved home. well, not a big fan of hot n humid weather, but the cheap n yet tasty food make me forget about the rest....HOWEVER,currently i got abandon by my beloved heng tai (buddy) in a cyber cafe as they need to play their beloved game. so what i can do is stuck here, facing the emotionless monitor n hearing them screaming at each otehr 'go left go left!!' oh well.....what's good friend for? sigh....
anywya, had a rather amazing experience for the past weeks. been bagpacking around for 10 days i think, met a lot of German, British n have seen a lot of the beauty of New Zealand. I had wrote quite a bit into my travel diary, but sadly my house's internet currently is having PMS n dont give a dam on my boredom, so cant put it up for me n for whoever reading it as a good memory or reading.
i'm so bored now.....why do i stuck here?? why why why~~~~~~damn it~~~sigh....

night walk

Time: 3.27AM. Temperature: 9.8 degree Celsius. Wearing a Hallenstein quarter pant, random t-shirt, Power brand slipper (worth RM9.90), and holding Apache MP3 player. Location: George Street. Feeling cold, and a little bit of lonely. It’s been a while since the last time walked alone at this hour. Used to be a bad habit of mine. Still remember last year I got this craved for Magnum and I went to 2-4 to have 1. It was 5 o’clock in the morning and 3 degree Celsius if I not mistaken.

Music played: Autumn in NY and Embraceable you- chet baker
Location: St David St.
Time: 3.32AM
Not a good song for this moment. I’m in NZ and its summer time. Surprised to see 1 Honda, 2 Taxi on the road, and 2 human beings on the street. I was walking straight, and this old lady was walking from left side towards my right. It seems like we might collide if none of us stop walking. None of us did, but we didn’t collide to each other. I passed our crossing point before her. She was 5cm behind me. I could feel her dull colour hair slapped on my back. If this is a movie, the screen would have pause on this shot for 2second to show that the actor n actress missed out each other. Of course, we didn’t stop ourselves from walking. It happened right in front of the University of Otago monument.

Location: campus
Time: 3.36AM
Music played: sweet Lorraine- Chet Baker
Walked past the St David building, the security lamp lighted up. No security around though. Not surprised. Continue walking towards Leith River that flow through our campus. I took out the ear sets. The water is still flowing through this place in such a low pace. Nothing seems to be moving fast in this small town. I sat down on one of the so-call art display; listen to the sound of river. Opposite me was the magnificent clock tower. It looks so charming in the night. Yellow spot light shoot on different spot of her. I believe whoever located the spot light wish to make her looks like a 17th century English young lady, hiding part of her face with a folding fan, and yet it can’t hide her beauty, and the charming her just mesmerized all the gentlemen around.

Location: intersection of Union St and Cumberland st
Time: 3.54AM
Music played: Let’s get lost- Chet Baker
Finally playing a right song for me~

“Let's get lost~
lost in each other's arms
Let's get lost~,
let them send out alarms
And though they'll think us rather rude~~
Let's tell the world we're in that crazy mood
.Let's defrost~~ in a romantic mist
Let's get crossed~~ off everybody's list
To celebrate this night we found each other,
mmm~~, let's get lost

I wish I could be lost in this city. But I’ve been here for 2 years. I can even remember which shop is next to the French Bakery. Oh well, emotionally get lost I assumed…

Time: 4.03
Location: opposite Captain Cook
Manage to see another few more human beings. Surprised that they aren’t drunk. Nothing much to see, heading towards home.

Time: 4.15
Location: George St, 1 minutes to home
Music played: Tangerine- Chet Baker
Had enough of cold air. Finger crossed that I don’t get cold tomorrow. Still have to sit for exam on the day after. Satisfied, though, doing this that I’ve not done for long.

End of expenditure with Chet Baker. Had a pack of Indo Mee, and slept like pig

Underwear

I can’t concentrate on my study, again.
Have this urge to talk to someone, but sadly nobody’s phone number seems interesting enough for me to make the call.

Gave up study, tried to read some basic skill on HTML. Turn out to be much harder than the horrible biochemistry. If I cant handle Biochemistry, I cant find a reason to support how I can handle this html shit. Sigh, forget about it…

Anyway, thought that I didn’t exactly clarify my theory on underwear, since my only reader Callyn seems to be amused by it. The reason I said love is like an underwear, its because if you have the habit of wearing underwear, soon you will forgot the reason for wearing it, n most likely you will wear it unconsciously, sometime even forget that you actually wearing it ( oh well, I do feel it there, but you will never give it a damn, do you?). Same thing happened to love. When you are in love too long, soon you will forget about the reason of being in love. It may become nothing but a habit to you. You can feel the love is there (because he/she is such a big object that you can never missed), but most likely you will not give it a damn

Once the underwear is off, you soon will find this strange freedom. Nothing is being tight to your body anymore, your lower part can have a better breath, but it’s just weird. You find it uncomfortable….find it strange….find it incomplete, even though it suppose to mean more freedom to you. Sound familiar, I guess that what happened to you when you are no longer in love. You have this extra time and freedom that you wish for, but you just find to strange, unfamiliar and worse, incomplete.

Conclusion? I don’t have one. I wear boxers (

studying

i always believe that whoever that created langueges are the most creative bunch of people that the world ever had. They formed the bridge of communication, and yet they never forget have some fun among themselve. thousand years had gone, and yet the great sense of humour that our ancester once had still flow through our capillary 24/7.

the name 'hotmail' was used because that was the only word that can fit 'html' into the name

the name 'apple' was used because the CEO warned the staff that if they cant think of a name by 5pm he will use 'apple' as the name of the latest product

google was used because the first bank check the co-founder received written 'google' instead of the original name tat i have forgotten

and i believe that the word 'studying' was origin from the phrase ' student is dying'

i am 'studying'

news

Naked woman drops through ceiling

A Russian couple had a narrow escape when their naked neighbour dropped in - through the ceiling.

Rozalia Valiakhmetova had been relaxing in the bath when the floor gave way, dropping her and the bath tub into the flat below.

She said: "I had just dozed off and then I heard this huge crash and realised what had happened. The bathroom floor just collapsed under the bath and I came crashing through the ceiling of the people below me.

"They seemed as shocked as I was when they saw me lying there naked in the bath in the middle of their living room."

She was treated at a local hospital for injuries to her leg but otherwise was unhurt.

Local council engineers said the floors in the old apartment block in Solnechnaya in the Surgut district of Russia where Valiakhmetova lived were supported by wood which had rotted over the years.

i'm so sure that i've seen this story line in one of the MV, but can't remember what song is that...but anyway, it's weird~~~ Do hope it happened on me though..hahahah...ofoz i want to be the one downstair......

A song for you

click here to listen to the song. i've translated the lyrics into englsih. the song title is 'leaf'. read it while reading the lyrics would give you the right feeling....

Leaf, is a wing that can’t fly

Wings, are leaves that fall in heaven

Heaven is not suppose to be a dream

But I have long forgotten

How did I start to fly

Loneliness, is a gaiety of being alone

Gaiety, is the loneliness of everyone

Now I understand, love begun with companionship

But I am slowly forgotten

How do I have someone to accompany

All by myself, I eat, travel, walk and rest in everywhere

And all by myself, I read books, write letter and talk to myself

But I have no idea where my heart flies to

I can’t see it at all

I guess you are not the only thing that I’ve lost

All by myself, I eat, travel, walk and rest in everywhere

And all by myself, I read books, write letter and talk to myself

But I have no idea where my heart flies to

I can’t see it at all

I guess, you are not the only thing that I’ve lost

have you ever wonder why some song's lyrics just fit your feeling perfectly well? its not miracle or fate, it's because someone in the world, suffered as much as you did.

why do people love to listen to sad song when they are sad? do they want to make themselve even more sappy?

i don't know how the logics go, but i believe, when the song fits your feeling, and you are touched, cry as you wish. but every song lasted less than 5 minutes. After the song, its about time for you to stop being sad like how the song end.

We have average life of 70 years, what we had, what we are suffering now, lasted less than 5 minutes compare to our everlasting life...
